Pahute Peak Rehabilitation/Restoration June 6-8 and 20-22, 2008

  • Come prepared to camp out in the Black Rock Desert
  • Cutting down abandoned water troughs and other debris and then packing them out
  • Participants must be capable of lifting heavy loads and woking in high temperatures

  • Saturday, Sunday and Monday
  • Come prepared to camp out in the Black Rock Desert
  • Rehabilitating and naturalizing trespassed and disturbed areas throughout the North Black Rock Range Wilderness
  • Participants must be capable of lifting heavy loads and working in high temperatures

  • Clean up old mine site at Cooper Canyon
  • Mine post gather in Calico Mountains
  • Airlift old metal out of wilderness
