Nevada Outdoor School is proud to operate its own AmeriCorps program, partnering with host sites across Nevada to expand outdoor education, environmental stewardship, and community engagement opportunities. Through this program, AmeriCorps members serve in communities throughout the state, helping deliver hands-on learning experiences, support youth development programs, and inspire meaningful connections to the outdoors.

AmeriCorps volunteers play a vital role in advancing Nevada Outdoor School’s mission by increasing access to outdoor education and encouraging stewardship of natural resources. In return, members gain valuable professional experience, leadership development, and service opportunities while making a lasting impact in the communities they serve. Nevada Outdoor School is honored to support the next generation of conservationists, educators, and community leaders through national service.
