This position is designed to enhance, not replace, existing staff or volunteer roles. It does not involve duties currently or previously performed by employees, nor does it displace paid positions. AmeriCorps service is unique and intentional in its focus on capacity building and community impact.

Our program is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We do not discriminate in member selection or program participation based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, military discharge status, or any other characteristic unrelated to the ability to perform service duties. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to qualified individuals with known disabilities, provided these do not impose an undue hardship on the program.

All AmeriCorps volunteers are entrusted with serving vulnerable populations and are therefore required to complete and pass a comprehensive background check, including the National Service Criminal History Check.
