Participants will learn practical ways to make positive changes through healthy eating, gardening, mindfulness, and other simple habits. This program is all about discovering how taking care of ourselves helps us take care of the world around us.

Join us for a hands-on terrarium workshop designed to explore how ecosystems function in a fun and interactive way! Participants will create their own small, self-contained environment while building a personal connection to nature and a sense of responsibility for living things.

This is a great opportunity for all ages to learn, create, and take home a living piece of nature!
